There comes a time when we need some help from a qualified professional to help deal with many of life’s challenges.
I’m a registered psychotherapeutic counsellor working in South Somerset and West Dorset, and I would like to help you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
The core of my therapeutic work is Person Centered. My special interests are Jungian Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Ecopsychotherapy and Complex Trauma .
My approach tends to be client led - establishing with people what approach, tools and methods work best for them, and developing the work in a collaborative and jointly owned way.
In addition to one-to-one counselling I also provide customised coaching and self-development programs for individuals wanting to improve their capabilities or performance, either in the workplace or life in general.
Finding a path through life can often be very challenging; navigating it just as hard too.
